Welcome to another installment of If You Don’t Know, Now You Know. Today I sit down with independent sensation RORY GULAK!

Brian Perius: How old are you and where are you from?
Rory Gulak: I am 28 and from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
BP: What first got you into wrestling?
RG: My brother Drew and I would watch WWF as kids growing up in the attitude era.
BP: Who trained you ?
RG: Mike Quackenbush, Cesaro , Chris Hero (Khassius Ohno), Skayde
BP: How did you come up with your character?
RG: I originally was Rory Mondo which was a take on Sick Nick Mondo. Then I switched characters to be Rory Gulak and team with my brother Drew as The Amazing Gulaks. Our grandfather Gil Bader was a trapeze artist. It's a tribute to him.
BP: If you weren’t a pro wrestler what would you be doing for your job ?
RG: Fighting crime.
BP: Now let’s get a little deeper. What are your goals for 2019?
RG: Goals for 2019 is to wrestle as much as possible and hopefully sign a contract with the WWE.
BP: What has been your greatest accomplishment in wrestling so far?
RG: Being invited to the WWE Performance Center in June of 2018 for an official tryout. As well as wrestling on Smackdown Live in Philadelphia.
BP: What is the hardest part about being a pro wrestler?
RG: Maintaining bookings when there is so much great competition today.
BP: What is the worst injury you have sustained?
RG: I once had a whole like a quarter slot next time my spine.
BP: Tell me one great road story?
RG: I once was starved when I was 16 on the road because I forgot my money as everyone decided to prank me.
BP: What does wrestling mean to you?
RG: Wrestling is life.
BP: Any plugs or shout you would like to do?
RG: Shout to my cat Rodger, hes the best.
